    Thanks for this review. I’m quite often talking to my self lately.

    Many times I catch my self by not really having positive thoughts. I believe reading this book could help me concentrate more on thoughts healthy to my self.

    The other day I read a nice quote I repeat now every time I drift into negative thinking. Its: “I’m responsable for my life, for my feelings and for what is the result of that”.

    It really helps too, because in reality I believe in my self so, if I’m responsable it can’t be that bad 🙂

    Some more good ideas in this direction would not be bad though and reading a book leaves tracks in the mindset that can be like medicine.

      Thinking positively and having a positive talk with yourself is something you have complete control over.

      I do recommend you read the book and work hard on the advice it offers. 

      It will come really in handy for you.

    Honestly, I think that this book is awesome. I did not have a chance to read it but I will for sure because sometimes I have that habit to under estimate myself and tell some bad things. I primarily like that this book is made to help those people like me to overcome negative thinking and improve our mind.

      Do read it! It has lots of valuable insights and advice and you are going to notice a huge hike in the way you think and do things.

      Positivity seems to be easy when you think about it but it takes a lot of guided effort to actually overcome it for good and this book will make a really good guide for you.

Our words can go long way to affect our destinies. Great book to learn how to speak positively to ourselves. Thank you for sharing.

      You are right, Most of our minds are fashioned to only think negatively which can really mess up our lives. But by constantly following the advice in the book, you will be able to overcome this problem. 

      I think what it takes to make the whole positivity thing work is the willingness and effort you put on the insights you get from people who are well versed in overcoming these issues. Don’t you think?

      Folks should really pay attention to the information in the book and take time to work with it.

    Great article. Its true that some of our failures and success is a result of how we perceive ourself. I agree with the author that you become what you think of yourself. We usually set very low benchmarks in life and hence we we don’t achieve much. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, my next book to read is What to Say When You Talk to Yourself. I will have to buy this book.

    I enjoyed reading this post. It’s so relevant in these times when so many people think negatively of themselves. Personally there are times when I have negative thoughts and even put down myself. I like to read and implement positive thoughts in my life. Life can really knock you down sometimes so this book, I think seems like a good source to come bank from the down times.

    Great post… i’m sure it will be helpful to most people.
