    In this world filled with distraction and various things popping up that can alter mental focus and induce anxiety and various mental related issue for us as humans, getting supplements that can help with maintaining brain charge and maximum productivity is only a necessity.   3. Such an interesting topic for which I thank you. People are living with so much stress it is no wonder we require many of these natural remedies to help us, either to sleep or to help the brain function more optimally.

    Would these products need to be stored in the fridge or can they be stored at room temperature?

    My husband has a brain disorder, so I try to keep tabs on what is available. Would need to speak with his neurologist, and, show him what is in the products before getting anything for him.

    I have heard that a good way to keep one’s brain working well, is to play table tennis. I wonder what truth there is in that.

Sometimes I get mood swings and severe headaches, this problem affects my relationship with my family alot, my daughter get scared of me alot and it bothers me.     That’s an enlightening and very informative article. Our brain needs to stay healthy and active as it is one of the two central points of our nervous system. The supplements you recommend appear very beneficial as they contain all the vitamins and elements that are essential for brain health, depending on the needs and age of each organism.
