    Great review about omega 3 DHA. Last week doctor prescribed omega supplementary for my niece who is 5 months pregnant. We couldn’t find in the local pharmacy. They said we can find out it online. So I just read this review. And you explain everything very well.     I’ve been taking DHA and EPA Omega 3 for a while now and it has definitely improved my overall health: my skin is more supple and I suffer from fewer aches and pains. Moreover, I am glad to hear that there is no enough data for the claims that it actually fights cancer. And that is true, there is no evidence that it fights cancer. Whilst there is some evidence of its effects on inflammation, there is also no good quality evidence linking it to a reduction in cardiovascular disease, nor Alzheimer’s and definitely not brain damage either. I will be sure to keep that in mind. Thanks a lot.

    Great and informative review about Asbord Health´s omega3. The effects and health benefits of EPA and DHA are significant but epa has a2 and other micro compounds having same mechanism of action as corticosteroids. But without corticosteroid side effects. Thats why EPA is even better compared to DHA, especially in terms of defending against inflammatory in our bodies. Due its corticosteroid related effects, its also stronger anti-depressant. This product seems to have awesome value for its price. And its EPA DHA -ratio seems to be pretty good, 50% more EPA. However, thanks for good review, I will take a further look at your website.
