I’m always looking for ways to get better sleep. This article was helpful and encouraged me to avoid synthetic hormones!

I try to avoid taking any products for sleep, colds, aches, etc that are not natural. While melatonin sounds like a good idea, I think you are right that in the long term it could be detrimental.

Love the salon program! Best thing for you body is to let your body product the melatonin! I’m going to be checking this program out!

      Way to go mate,

I also don’t recommend using synthetic supplements for sleep because of the risks they drag along with them. Sleep salon is a far better way to increase the quality of your sleep naturally, more than the others.

I also encourage you to go for sleep salon.

Be sure to let me know how you find it. I will be waiting to get your experience with it.

      Have a fantastic day.

Thanks for an interesting review on melatonin! I understand that you don’t recommend Nature Bounty’s version because it is synthetic; are there any natural sources of melatonin supplements available?

I’m interested about the sleep salon, particularly it’s cost and satisfaction guarantee, if applicable. I will have to check out your link.

      Hey Justin,

There are many sources of melatonin out there. Some of them include fruits and veggies like broccoli, tart cherries, asparagus, tomatoes, corn, cucumber, olives and pomegranates. Grains like rolled oats, barley and rice also have it.

I almost forgot nuts and seeds like peanuts, mustard seeds, walnuts, flaxseed and sunflower seeds.

I also advise you to get the sleep salon, I am sure you are going to love the results it brings.

Have an awesome day mate. 🙂

Sleep Bounty Melatonin seems like a pretty decent supplement which actually helps you regulate your sleep cycle. I’ve used sleeping pills in the past and they were harmful in the long term.

Actually, every unnatural pharmaceutical is harmful and I recommend using only natural products such as MelatoninNature Bounty Melatonin.

      Hey Tyler,

Sorry to hear that you have had very terrible experiences with sleep aids. That happens a lot with many synthetic supplements, although not all.

That is actually the reason I recommend using aids like sleep salon.

The thing is, most of those other supplements are designed to work on casual sleeplessness but folks use them more than their lifetime, mostly without knowing.

That could make a good explanation for the harmful side effects you got after using them on the long term. This is why it is recommended that, you should use synthetic supplements for a maximum of 2 weeks. If you don’t see any results, stop using it and get other alternatives.

This is quite expensive and time wasting, if you ask me. You would rather go for sleep salon, once and for all.
