Dr. C. Terry Warner was a scholar who did his best to solve the problem of self-deception.

The book further illustrates how much harm self deception causes us including things making us taint our vision of our circumstances and others, hiding the truth about ourselves and making us not make good, rewarding decisions.
* Another part of the book I deemed important is the concept of the box.

This is a harmful quality especially for leaders because the only way that people under them perform is by threat and force, something described in the book as coercion.

Though short, some people feel that the book is a bit too wordy. Since this is an opinion of a few people, I would urge you to read the book yourself and determine if all the content is useful for you.

The Dichotomy Of Leadership is a book that challenges its readers to become better leaders, better people, and better followers, in both their professional and personal lives.
Although the content in these two books is slightly different, both books are useful in helping you learn more about leadership as a whole.
I recommend that you read both books.
One of the readers said that he highly recommends the book to anyone because of the helpful material it carries.
Another reader said that the book is quite useful in looking at a difficult subject like self deception.
