You are constantly losing motivation to work out, especially when the time comes to go exercise, right? And you wish to know how to motivate yourself for gym all the time, isn’t it?
I have been a victim of laziness myself and know how hard it can be to get up and running to go work your body out when you have been at work or depressed, or you are generally feeling lazy. 🙂

My Secret Behind Motivation
I learned that motivation comes and go, just like the day comes and then night follows, and then the day again.
This is fairly obvious, but there is more to this.
I also discovered that if you set clear goals of what you want to achieve in your fitness life, and then always be able to remember with perfect accuracy what your goals are, you’ll always be motivated to chase the actual goals.
The thing is, the mind works with clear precise goals. And after this, it needs constant remembrance of these clear goals in order to sink them in to the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is the best at helping you achieve your fitness goals because it makes them stick in your mind and make you feel like they are a part of you.
In order to remember so that you remain motivated, you will need to have the goals repeated in your mind every other time so that the subconscious is able to take them up.
And the best way to repeat them in your mind is by seeing them or hearing about them.
You can write or record them somewhere and keep playing them. This is one method. But I have found that this can be hectic and often ineffective based on how you create the goals.
That is why I find using an automated approach to be better, where you have the fitness goals set, and then use automated voice reminders and graphics that flash on your computer to remind you about the goals through the day.
Seeing this often powers you up with energy because you keep remembering the kind of body you want and how it will feel to be fit, and it will prepare you mentally to go to the gym when the right time comes.

My Personal Favorite Motivation System
The system I have to seen to give the most efficient provisions for remembering where you want to get, body wise, and giving you enough zeal to chase them is called Dream Manifesto.
This system has the best visuals and audios, in terms of reminders, with the great quality and presentation.
I particulatly love it because of these two main things.
It is a computer software that allows you to set your fitness goals, and then add motivational visuals and voice reminders to keep you in touch with your goals.
The visuals (photos) will flash and the voice reminders will play at certain intervals and in a number of repetitions as you will set them, according to your preferred pace.
How it Works
When it comes to the visuals, there are options for using the graphics that the software provides. The premade visuals are actually very inspiring and will stimulate you whenever you see them.
You can also create your own graphics and use them within the software. This means you can get the photo of the body of the person you admire, or envy, the most, to keep you highly motivated to go and work out to get to their level as well.
On the voice reminders, there are subliminal sessions that will play when you want, to help persuade and convince you that lifting weight alone, taking on the treadmill or any form of exercise is easy and fun.
And encourage you to go do it cheerfully.
They are the things you want to listen when you are feeling depressed or too exhausted by work to even place your finger on a single weight, talk less of lifting.
You also have the option of adding your own audio recordings, your voice or someone else’s that really inspires you.
When you set them as reminders, they will play at the time you have set and will really move to you to change to your exercise gear and go to the gym. They are really super exciting.
And you can play them on repeat in the intervals you want. It can be after a certain number of hours or minutes.
The graphics will keep flashing, and the audios will keep playing, and as they do this on repeat, the whole activity will rewire your brain and stimulates your subconscious which keeps your inspiration and zeal at an all time high.
