A Bit on Mood Swings
Don’t you just hate it when you want to get into the zone with your friends and do fun stuff, and then you wake up or get overwhelmed with a sad mood all of a sudden?
I have had many cases when I was cheerfully active through the day and when it got dark I felt sad, lonely and feeling wasted.
I have even woken up moody and not feeling like wanting to talk to anyone.

All your moods are controlled in the brain. 90% of them come from your thoughts, about 7% from the various emotions, and about 3% happen spontaneously.
Quite oftenly, you determine your mood by what you are thinking about most of the time. If you make a habit of thinking of ill things about folks, you grow to be hateful.
If you only think about sad things, you’ll become sad. The brain senses the sad thoughts and sends signals to your body to make you emotionally sad.
And as this happens, there is a pattern in your mind that is formed by various waves in your brain to show the state of sadness.
These waves are called brainwaves. They determine the state of mind your are in at that particular moment.
