    I don’t really pay to much attention to my feelings, when I don’t focus on how I feel I start to feel better. I am one of those people who overcomes negative feelings by focusing on doing something, reading, cleaning etc.

    Some people think that this is a way to surpress your emotions, but for me this works.

    I know that your strategies are very good for some people just that they don’t work for me. But the science of Brain salon did pique my interest and I would really like to know how it does the “magic”.

    I will be looking into it. Thanks for the new information. It did add to my knowledge of the brain.

      I think people have different ways of handling things, and you just gave us a good example. But then, trying something new out of interest and a bit of curiosity doesn’t hurt either.

    GREAT INFORMATION! These insights helped my mood almost instantly! It can become hard to get out of a”funk” so to speak because negativity is easily lured into the mind. I often will sing my favorite song to “pick me up”, Don’t Stop Believing by Journey. Keep up with the uplifting and thanks for sharing these tips! I will be using them every so often to reap the kind of benefits I reaped I just did when I tried it out.

    Interesting content, i know this is real because once my father had a therapy involving frequency waves in order to heal his shoulder wounds. I am not doubting this is also related or quite similar. In my case i found that meditation really help against this since you’re training your brain to built a threshold of pain emotions and thoughts.
