You want to know which program, equisync vs holosync, is best in terms of effectiveness, time to feel the effects kicking in and a few other essential factors, right? You want to be sure to get the best program, right?equisync vs holosync

Well, my short but deep comparison between the two brain power products will be addressing important factors which I always look at when I go hunting for an efficient brainwave entrainment system. Those always help me single out the best one. I have also tried out these two programs so I will be speaking from personal experience.

I am sure this short read will be of great help.

If you have any questions about any of the products, go ahead and ask them in the comments below and I’ll be happy to shed some light on them for you. Okay?

Brilliant! Let’s get ourselves rolling.

Equisync vs Holosync – Introduction

To start with, equisync and holosync are among the many brainwave entrainment programs out there that help you induce different states of the mind according to your desires. With such programs, you are able to get into deep sleep, joyful state, complete relaxation, alertness and concentration and other great states in minutes.

Just by plugging in your headphones and listening to the sounds with the hidden brain wave frequencies, you can change your equisync vs holosyncwhole experience of life and turn into something completely different like super focus and gaining mental energy to tackle demanding tasks.

The science behind these systems is called brainwave entrainment. This is where the waves of your brain are studied under different states and their movement is caught using special machines, which are later made into soundtracks.

When you listen to these soundtracks, they release frequencies in your ears that bring about a certain mind state which gets your brain to try to copy them and in turn get into the actual state. By doing this, your brain achieves the state of the mind which the soundtrack it tries to copy is based upon.

Think about hitting one tuning fork and bring another which hasn’t been hit close to it. In minutes both of them will be vibrating in the same frequencies. That is exactly how brainwave entrainment works.

Holosync vs Equisync – When Effects Start Kicking in

With holosync (also called awakening prologue), it depends on your level of experience with meditation. If you are just starting out, it may take a bit longer, about 20 minutes before you feel really substantial amount of results. But if you have been doing it for a while now, it will take you around 10 minutes, or less.

holosync side effectsThe thing is, holosync uses advanced brain waves that only work best for folks who have been meditating before they bought it. Equisync, on the other hand, takes about 5 minutes to start feeling the calming focus and attention it brings.

The timeframe for Equisync works for both meditation beginners and the advanced meditators. Within that time, you will feel your body calming down and your mind starting to ascend to an elevated state.

Holosync vs Equisync – Short and Long Term Benefits

Holosync has been designed to help people get into various states as they wish. It has got great short term benefits but barely any long terms ones. It comes with different separate soundtracks that will only get your mind up and running for the short specified time you are using it.

It won’t train your mind to have strength on its own to do variousdo you meditate correctly tasks. I don’t recommend using programs like these because they make you dependent on them. I like the ones that train your brain to be powerful and well able on its own, like the Brain Evolution System. Equisync too works great and has got great short term benefits and a few long terms ones.

By listening to the CDs and mp3s once to twice a day, as required, you will reap great short term advantages of wakefulness and improved sleep to mention a few.

Also, you will get long lasting benefits if you use the program’s approach called the structured progressive approach which will exercise your brain for 3 to 4 months. Although this is not enough to fully get your brain enough energy to function strongly alone (which takes about 6 to 7 months), it is surely better than holosync.

Holosync vs Equisync – Free Trial and Free Demo

Here, the two programs have a tie. Holosync has a free demo that you get to download immediately you have registered. It is 14 minutes long and comes in two versions. The first (20 minutes long) has a voice over of Bill Harris, the creator, walking you through the system and then letting you enjoy the demo afterwards.

The second one (14 minutes long) is purely for listening to the soundtrack, no voice over. After that, you have to purchase the system to continue enjoying. There is no free trial for holosync. And equisync works just the same. You get to have 12 minutes long free demo which you can download and listen through while you are offline and can keep it.

After that, you have to pay for more. No free trial here as well. Theholosync free demo only difference between the two systems is that you can download the Equisync free demo while you can’t for holosync. With the latter, you will have to use your browser or SoundCloud to hear it.

Holosync vs Equisync – Price, Discount and Payment Methods

Holosync goes for $159 for the mp3 audio series only and $179 for the physical CDs and MP3s. There are two payment options for them, If you want to buy the mp3 series which you download instantly after your purchase, you can pay a one time payment of $159 or pay 6 monthly installments of $29 each.

holosync CDs cost

For both the physical CD’s and the mp3 series, where you get the mp3 instantly as you wait for the CDs to be shipped, you have the option of paying a one time fee of $179 or 6 monthly installments of $32 each. To me, this is quite convenient. For Equisync, you also have two options, the Mp3 downloads and the equisync vs holosync costCD’s. For the downloads only, you pay $99 (one time payment) or 3 monthly installments of $34.95 each.

For both the downloads and CDs, you pay $124 (one time payment) or 3 monthly installments of $44.95 each. This means equisync is cheaper than holosync although it has a short payment period. You also get a 20% coupon code when you order it soon.

Holosync vs Equisync – Side Effects

There have been reported side effects of holosync among its users. Although it has not happened to every user, it is something you want to be aware of.

Some people who used it reported of some mild effects including lack of concentration, uneven sleeping patterns, dizziness and lowequisync vs holosync review side effects sex drive, while the serious ones are the restless leg syndrome and occasional memory loss which takes a while before recovering.

According to my research, I found that the side effects were seen in newbie meditators. Those who had been meditating prior to buying it had no complaints. If you are beginning your journey to meditation and want to use holosync, chances are you might experience some of these side effects.

I recommend you use zen 12 Meditation instead, it is the best in the market for all people, and it’s way cheaper than holosync and equisync. As for Equisync, no side effects have been noted thus far.

Holosync vs Equisync – Brainwave Entrainment Method

Holosync uses binaural beats to gear your mind towards your desired state. As you listen, the wave frequencies keep on decreasing. They start at Alpha waves then go down to Delta waves and finally to Theta waves.

This decrease, they say, helps to apply a bit of pressure on the brain which will get it to grow just like a muscle. Equisync uses quite a brainwave entrainment methodnumber of entrainment techniques. There are about 8 of them. They include binaural audio technology, isochronic tones, synchrowave modulation, deep carrier waves, harmonic resonance, polyphasic structuring, deep mind therapy and multi layering.

Based on what I experienced, the method used by equisync, especially by having a wide variety of techniques, helps them to be more effective than holosync.

Final Verdict

As you have seen, going by the time it takes for the effects to start kicking in, the short and long term benefits, the free trial and demo, the brainwave entrainment techniques, the side effects and the price and payment methods, Equisync is much better than holosync. It is cheaper, much safer and more effective.

Although, I have to warn you not to pay attention to the hype created about the program. They have said it offers limitless benefits, some of which haven’t been confirmed.

So go for it but don’t expect to see all the listed results listed in there. The program is great but the marketing has been slightly overexaggerated.

So, Equisync is the best option of the two systems.

  1. Thanks for this comparison.

There is no voice over on the Equisync free demo but there is a voice at the end so you cannot tack it on as a prelude to another meditation or loop it.

    1. Hey Spa,

Thanks a lot for the update. The new demo version doesn’t have the voice over as a prelude.

I think they changed it and categorized the free downloads into the introduction, the instructions and the actual demo.

The version of the demo I had, had the voice over coming before.

      Cheers 🙂

      Have a good day.
