  2. This is a really straightforward and clear guide with a great deal of excellent points and suggestions. I really enjoyed it and learned quite a bit. The introduction allowed an improved understanding of the meditation exercises. it describes the technique in good detail in a way that will be easy for me to make it work in my life.
