  1. Thank you for this very helpful post. I did not know the difference between yoga and meditation was and I appreciate these details. I think from your review, Yoga is a great way to lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia and I think it will help me to increase flexibility and my muscles strength.

  2. I know that there is a thin line between yoga and meditation. For me, I think that meditation is an exercise for your mind. While yoga is both your mind and your body. I have been coping with stress my whole life and I find that meditation helps me tremendously. I practice the buddhist way, which is focusing on inhaling and exhaling until your mind is clear of worries. It is hard to explain but one time i did a meditation for 30 mins straight without knowing. The effect was a bliss. I had clarity. I felt like I just went on vacation.

  4. I used to practice yoga almost daily until I started doing some work online which kind of took some time away. Thank you for elaborating on the subject and explaining it in a way that is easy to understand. I didn’t know there were so many things involved in Yoga. All I knew was that I felt better and calmer the more I practiced it. Thanks again.
