  1. It is really interesting how clearing your mind can be so healthy for your brain function. In this world where everyone is almost constantly linked to technology and we are being asked to try to focus on a million things all at once, it can be so difficult to block all of that out, no matter how much it is needed. That’s why I feel it’s so important to intentionally find those quiet times and use them as best you can. Thanks for this post!

I find this subject very interesting. Unfortunately, I think I have not found the right technique for me. I do find it interesting that you start off your article asking a question, and then answering that question in the next sentence. Not that that’s wrong, just interesting. Try to make a conclusion from your research rather than just answering the question, and I believe you’ll have a more interesting blog post.

    1. Improve Your Brain Power Team says:

      Hallo there Walt,

Thanks for dropping by and for sharing your thoughts.

As far as getting the right meditation technique for you is concerned, we encourage you to look through the types of meditation available and see which one relates with what you believe and your personality the most.

Also, we will be sure to pass on your writing recommendations to our editing team.

      They will love it. 🙂

We wish you the best as you get your right meditation fit and as you begin your meditation journey.

I have seen so many articles on meditation, I was never practicing meditation until some days back and trust me it’s been an awesome experience. Meditation has so many far-reaching benefits which includes concentration and memory and also helps fight anxiety. It’s been seen as one of those mental exercises with much evidence of its ability and skills of improving cognition and also focus. It really helps but one has to be consistent in it just as you’ve mentioned for it to yield a better result. Thanks for sharing this educative and informational article on meditation.
