    Thank you for this review.  I hadn’t heard of Ashwagandha before now.

    It’s impressive as to how many ailments it can address.

    I’ve never heard of a supplement smelling like a horse before, LOL.  I wonder how it tastes.

    Are there any restrictions if you take it (i.e. no driving or operating heavy equipment, etc.)?

    It’s intriguing and I think I’ll have to look into it further.

    Luckily I have found your site.  I am always looking for supplements for ‘brain power’ and to improve my general health.  Despite eating loads of vegetables, fruit and meat, I do not think that I am getting the necessary nutrients, vitamins and minerals are is required.

    I notice that when I am very stressed or anxious, that my memory suffers.  I forget things so easily and yet my brain is working all the time, thinking “i still have to do this, i still have to do that”, but then 2 seconds later, I forget!

    It is also good to see that another benefit is that it boosts the immune system.

  4. Supplements like this isn’t seen around, they are not so common. They are full of benefits and good remarkable abilities. Ashwagandha is a supplement that combats a lot of life threatening issues, this is interesting, I’ve been into a couple of supplements lately but they are not as productive as they are in their reviews. I use these supplements for depression and a couple of random issues, I’ll give Ashwagandha a trial, see how it goes which I trust will be really effective.   5. Wow! What an intriguing and informative post! Before reading your site post, I can’t honestly say I had ever heard of Ashwagandha, still not sure if I’m pronouncing it correctly lol. I really enjoyed this read. For me personally, as I get older and my grandparents begin to fade, I worry about my older self. Having lost my grandmother (Dad’s mom) to Alzheimer’s and my grandfather (Mom’s dad) to Lewy Body Dementia, I fear that I too will succumb to one of those dreadful conditions. I currently work as a Nurse’s Assistant at a Nursing Facility, 90% of the elderly residents that I care for everyday are considered “Memory Care” residents. I see the effects of the conditions everyday whether it be the individual themselves or most commonly, their loved ones. It is heartbreaking to me as I offer comfort to residents and families alike who struggle with the terrible reality of forgetting…or being forgotten. I think of my own children and how they will cope with the same harsh reality in the future. I do all I know to do to try and keep that fear from becoming reality by using brain function apps such as Lumosity. Although I am not one to trust or consume pills that claim to do this or that, but your post caught my attention so well that I am going to check out this product that you have highly recommended.
