This is a book that uses a food based program to show women how to maintain health and vitality so that they are able to rebalance their hormones.
The book relates with its readers because the author suffered from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) in the past and was able to get through it by adjusting her lifestyle and food.
It’s this experience that empowered her to help other women be able get over their issues as well.
From depression, difficult periods, fertility issues to lack of sex drive, the book will help you understand how to handle most painful health issues.
Alisa advises that meds aren’t the only solution. She educates you on your hormones in a way that is relevant, helpful and very simple to understand.
The author of this book is Alisa Vitti. She is the founder of FLO Living Center in Manhattan which was inspired by her experienced that I mentioned earlier.
She also has degrees from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Johns Hopkins University.

Alisa explains that hormones need to be balanced and when you disrupt what controls them which is the endocrine system, you start to experience symptoms one after another until you finally have a condition.
These conditions can be experienced in different ways from one woman to another. This is because of genetics and lifestyle factors.
For this reason, focusing on the condition is not as effective as addressing what causes the conditions.

* The book is quite informative for women who seek ways to keep high health levels
The book is fairly lengthy and requires a lot of time to read.
The content in it has also been challenged a lot.
However, I think there are some really important areas covered in the book and the author took time to break down them properly for everyone to understand.
I encourage you to read a few chapters a day as it will help you gain more and feel less lengthy.

The hormone cure is a book that helps women balance their hormones through natural therapies.
Although content in both books is quite different both books have a lot to offer when it comes to content on balancing hormones and combining them would be a really great idea.
Who is the Book For?
This book is targeted for women specifically. The issues tackled in it affect women. If you are a woman who falls ill more often or would like to get valuable advice on keeping yourself healthy, this is one book that you will take value from.

I had time to look through the reviews of most people on the book and I found that the people who’ve read it have found quite some insightful advice from the book that has changed their lives.
