The book says that if you are one of those people who rely on inner inspiration to get things done, then chances are you will never accomplish anything since the inner thing is not there to stay.

Some of the topics has gotten into include making conscious decisions to do something and making the decisions in certain settings that will increase the likelihood of achieving them.
