You desire to know what is the best music for meditation, right? You are so eager to know how to sweeten your meditation sessions and help you get the most of off the spiritual practice with my secret track, isn’t it?
Well, they say that the best meditation music is that which helps you get into deep states of mediation, calmness and relaxation.
But for me, it is quite different. The music I term best for meditation is the one that not only gets you into this deep state, but also trains your mind to remain with the state and maintain it beyond meditation.
And I will be showing you the exact kind of music that does all that and a lot more.
But before we get to that! I would like you to know that this post will be very brief and straight to the point. So in case you may need more explanation, you can always reach me via the comments.
Drop a line below and I will be more than glad to help you out. Okay?
Sweet! Let’s get things rolling.
My Personal Best Music for Meditation
To cut to the chase, the music I find most suitable to use when doing your meditation, be it of any kind, is Zen 12.
This is a special form of music system that has been designed for use when meditating.
It helps you calm down, end all the mental chatter going on in your mind and clear out all the distractions that keep you from giving the practice your all.
More to that, it brings the deep peacefulness, calmness and alertness you need when meditating so that you can deeply search your spirit and soul.
And the best part, which made it my deal breaker, is the fact that it will give your brain a proper training in keeping the calmness, peacefulness and alertness states for a long time.
It simply helps the mind absorb the deep states it gives and make the mind remain with them after you are done meditating and way beyond that.
If you use it as recommended, you should see an overall boost in your brain’s power and mental strength.
But if you are really interested in working on enhancing your mind’s capabilities without meditation, the Brain Evolution System (also called brainev), is your best bet.
How Zen 12 Works
I am sure you will find many musical tracks for meditation out there like Oliver shanti on YouTube, on Spotify and others.
But this one, I can assure you beats all of them pants down.
I say this because the others just use plain relaxation music but zen 12 goes a step ahead of that. Actually many steps ahead.
It also takes advantage of the famously effective brain technology called Brainwave Entrainment which makes all the difference.
This technology is what makes zen 12 possible to train your mind to get and keep the deep meditative states. It seeks to enhance your mind’s power on top of giving you the deepest meditation experience.
What happens is, brainwave entrainment used in zen 12 was made from a study of the brain when someone was meditating.
It was found that there are waves in the brain that move in a given pattern as you get deeper and deeper into the session.
And for those who have long experience in it have a much more defined pattern which makes for the deep benefits they would inevitably get from meditation.
Now the pattern and the wave frequencies were captured using special machines and they were used to make the system.
So when you listen to the tracks in zen 12, your mind notices the wave frequencies and patterns and it tries to copy them.
As it does that, your mind is taken to the deep states of meditation you are after. And as you keep using it, it keeps training the mind to maintain the state long after you are through with the practice.
I hope you have now seen how zen 12 is way above the typical meditation music you get out there.
How to Use Zen 12 Effectively
Well, there are 4 types of music in zen 12, and all of them have been the brainwave entrainment technology added to them.
The 4 types have been used to accommodate people who like different styles of meditation. And here the 4 music styles you get in the system.
• Guided meditation – If you are a beginner meditator, you sure want to be taken through the session to help you make the most from it.
So this style will help you get yourself started well and help you through it to the end. It is 12 minutes long which is great for you if you are a busy person.
And remember, you are still getting your brain trained to be in a deep meditative state.
How to use – Just slip on your headphones and play the tracks. Everything else has been taken care of.
• Nature Sounds – This is for people who like meditating outside, in place like forests, beside waterfalls, or other areas where nature is at its best.
The music here gives you the ability to feel like you are in the environment where the sounds are playing. It’s really great and creative. This is actually my personal favorite music. I use it all the time.
This is one also takes 12 minutes, in fact all tracks in here are 12 minutes long hence the name zen 12.
How to use – Put your headphones on and play the tracks while you are doing your meditation. You can also play them on repeat if you usually meditate for more than 12 minutes.
• Relaxation Music – The music here is very soothing and relaxing. I actually found it to be more relaxing than the most popular relaxation music out there.
It has an extra meditation touch that makes it move you completely within the session. You are going to love this one of you like relaxation songs.
How to use – Again, just put on your headphones, click the play button and start meditating.
• White Noise – This is the final but interesting style. It is mostly used by people who meditate in the city.
It has this silencing effect that quiets your surrounding and help you bring your thoughts together to meditate very easily and happily.
With this, you won’t get distracted at all and you will be very pleased by the quieting effect is has.
How to use – Slip the headphones on and start playing the music as you meditate.
You can use these tracks to help you sleep too. But if you want a more defined program which has the effects of training you to sleep better than you are right now, sleep salon is the best for you. It works the same as zen 12 but is for sleep only.
And that is it folks!
This is how you get the best ever from all your meditation sessions. It is also how you improve your brain power and boost your overall moods.
Please remember, if you have any questions to ask me about the music, leave them below and I will be more than happy to give you a hand.
