If you are wondering what is the best music for gym out there, I can help you with that.
I am huge body building fan and I always seek to get my fitness life working at its best. I discovered a really great music that really helps you with your workouts and recovery periods, and energizing you throughout your routines.
If I am not wrong, you may have wanted to get the best workout songs for 2016, or even 2017, but I can assure you the special gym music I will be showing you here is the best of all time. You will also confirm that in a few.
So, let’s get right in and see what I am talking about.
My personal Best Workout Tracks
There are four workout tracks that I found very helpful and targeted to fitness that really come in handy. They are called Gym Focus, Nitrofocus Workout mp3, 5 Minute break and 10 Minute Break.
These tracks are in a system called Nitrofocus which is a special musical system that is meant to help you gain and put more focus and energy into the areas of life that need high productivity rates.
It is actually the best system I have seen so far when it comes to helping you focus and keep at your thing, with high energy levels to the end.
It also has other great tracks for boosting your rate of productivity in studying, problem solving skills, increasing the value of your memory and reducing anxiety, to name just a few.
It is something I highly recommend you to look into if you want to see the value of your output on literally just any task go up.
I have been using it for a good while now and I get immense benefits and power every time I use the tracks.
More About My Favorite Gym Tracks
I mentioned 4 tracks in Nitrofocus, the Gym focus, Nitrofocus Workout mp3, the 5 Minute Break and the 10 Minute Break.
As you may have noted by the names, they are in 2 categories, one for the workouts and the other for getting refreshing breaks after an extreme routine.
The tracks for working out are the Gym Focus and Nitrofocus Workout mp3. And the tracks for taking energizing breaks are the 5 Minute Break and the 10 Minute Break.
What I loved about these tracks is the fact that they are not the typical hip hop, or rock songs you download from the web and add to your playlist. Nor those fairly targeted songs for men or women.
These are quite different and well advanced that as they are aimed at helping you make the most of your body by giving you mental energy and focus during your exercises.
If you also paid close attention to my words, you must have noted that I called them special tracks.
And they are really special because they come with a high end brain technology that makes for their quality effect and success.
The brain technology used in the tracks is called brainwave entrainment.
It seeks to alter your mind to get into deep states of focus and relaxation which will help your mind release mental energy and keep you focused throughout the entire period you will be working on your body, without any tension.
The moment you play the tracks your mind picks the sounds up and change your state of mind into deep focus (for workout tracks) and relaxation (for breaks) states in minutes.
The tracks use Ibiza workout mix, which are upbeat high energy tracks that keep your motivation and strength at an all time high.
If you actually compare the tracks in this system to other songs out there, these ones are far more advanced and effective than the others. I say this from personal experience.
How to Use the Tracks for Your Workout Sessions
Well, the process is very easy and fast. Thos is how you should go about it:
When you are doing your exercises
You can work with either the Nitrofocus Workout Mp3 (1 hour long) or the Gym Focus (45 minutes long).
I recommend starting with Gym Focus for your first time and then use the other one on your next session. It is the best for people starting out with this system.
You should also alternate the tracks so that it trains different parts of your brain for natural focus.
Here is how you will use them.
• Download the tracks on your mobile device
• Plug in your headphones
• Play the tracks as you workout
• If your workout is longer than the tracks, play them on repeat.
During your breaks (recovery periods)
After you have had your exercises and you now wish to relax and gain your breath, and energy back to take on the next set of workouts, you should use the 5 Minute Break or 10 Minute Break Tracks.
You can choose either of them depending on how long you want to rest. You use them the same way you do with the workout tracks.
And that is simply how you make all your sessions count without exhausting yourself too much.
