  1. Hi Dave,
I have chronic insomnia, which I am sure you know, leads to quite a lot of other maladies.
I have tried similar products to Kirkland Sleep Aid and would agree with your recommendation. These types of products, in my opinion, are for occasional sleeplessness and are only meant to make you drowsy; not knock you out.
You have peaked my curiosity regarding Sleep Salon however. It sound more along the lines of a cure, than a “drug.” So thanks for that!

      Hey there, 🙂

When it comes to most sleep aids, you will note that they are only aimed at making you feel axhautsed and drowsy, which is really great as it sets the pace for sleeping well. But I’m sure this is not the kind of solution most people struggling with insomnia are looking for.

People want a product that will solve problems for them, and not make them dependent on it, which is what exhaust inducing products do. That is why I have come to love sleep salon as it seeks to solve the problem, more so from the root cause, the brain.

It helps you train your mind to sleep and also increases the power of your mind so that it releases high levels of melatonin which is needed for sleeping and give you a restful and rejuvenating sleep. What I liked the most about it is that it has very specific solutions to specific sleep issues so you get a more targeted approach with it. 🙂

The solutions for stress and anxiety, sleep training and the different types of sleep entrainment patterns.

Do try it out and see how potent it really is on you. I will be waiting, to hear your experience with it soon.

      Cheers.

Excellent review. You have given us an excellent idea of this Kirkland sleeping aid, It sounds more like a Unisom copycat. And copycats are never as good.

You make it very clear that you dont like this product, even though the stats say differently but based on how you have explained things I have gotten your perspective very well.

Thank you for offering an alternative. Do you find sleep salon to work better than Unisom?

    • Dave

      Hey Mark,

I would have to say that, going by the customers reviews, unisom is far better than Kirkland signature sleep aid. But comparing unisom or Kirkland sleep aids to sleep salon, then sleep salon here is the winner.

I say this because the two other products comes with limited ability to work on sleep related issues as they mostly handle casual sleeplessness, and there are often nasty side effects reported by quite a number of users who use them.

As for sleep salon, it works on almost every aspect of sleep including low melatonin levels, insomnia and many more. I think you only need to know sleep salon better to see how great it really is. 🙂

      Hope this helps.

    Hi Dave,
Sometimes I suffer from insomnia, that is what lean me to your blog.
I have not tried Kirkland Sleep Aid but I have tried similar product and I am willing to try your recommendation. The results of some products very from person to person, I am very sensitive to stimulants in regards to sleep.

I always wondered if kirkland’s sleep aid would actually work. Personally, I don’t need it but my wife suffers from some serious insmonia issues. We tried melatonin before. They worked but it gives her depression issues so we stopped using.

This sleep aid seems to be only slightly effect. Sounds like sleep salon is the best option we have for now. However, can you tell me more about it? Like for example, how much time does my wife have to devote to it every week?

    • Dave

      Hey Win,

Sorry to hear that your wife suffers from insomnia. 🙁

Well, the thing with most ingredients based sleep aids like Kirkland is that they may appear to solve a lot of sleep problems but they end up disappointing people since they are best effective with casual sleeplessness, and the creators say that very well.

So it’s not their fault if people who use it for intense sleep problems fail to see the results with it.

When it comes to sleep salon, I can’t really say how much time should be devoted to it as it comes with many options based on the type of sleep problem you want to handle as well as the option you pick.

Ideally, you only need to use it while you go to bed, and the average time required to use the options is about 90 minutes, which is an hour and a half.

And the best part is that sleep salon trains your mind for quality sleep in the long term which is a relay huge benefit. And no effort is required, just lay on your bed and sleep salon takes it from there 🙂

Great review write up on the product.
I have sleeping troubles myself and have been looking in to something that might help.
It’s great to see honest reviews about products to be able to make an informed decision.
I will definitely be doing more online research on products like this to determine what might work for me. Sleep Salon seems to be a reliable product which the creators took quite some time to create.

It also seems workable. I’ll do more research and see if it will bring the kind of results I want. Thanks.

    • Dave

      Sure Wayne,

Take your time to understand sleep salon and I’m sure you are going to see the kind of quality product you are getting here.

When you get to use it, please remember to come back and let us know how you found it. Promise?

Well be waiting for your reply and feedback on the product.

      Cheers 🙂

    Hey Dave:

Sleep Salon sounds like a great alternative to artificial sleep aids. Thanks for making us aware of it and for your thorough review.

I believe many people could benefit from a product like this. So many people have sleep problems and they seem to come from stress.

Both my wife and my brother could use something like this. Of course, the challenge is getting them to try it!

The Kirkland Sleep aid sounds OK but I would avoid it because of the chemical composition.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I know a many people can benefit!

    • Dave

      You are right Christopher,

This sleep aid sure does come in handy. It brings great benefits that no other ingredient based product can as it works directly on the brain.

About getting your wife and brother to try out the product, I would advise you to first let them know about it but if you see they don’t buy into it, just wait until it’s time to go to bed and simply play the entrainment tracks of sleep salon on loud speaker in your room, for your wife.

They are smooth and soft so they won’t distract her, and after she has had good sleep with it, ask her about it in the morning. You will have surely hooked her with sleep salon, that simple!

      Hope this helps. 🙂
