    As a new mom who has been struggling to get rid of post baby weight, this is a god send! I can’t *go to the gym* because my baby is too small to leave at the gym daycare, I can’t do much exercise either because i am wrapped up with all the mommy duties. This would be perfect because I can listen to the tapes at night when my baby goes to bed and I can relax in a quiet dark space. I was wondering how long until one sees results?

      Well, I really understand how hard it can be to focus on your health when you just brought a baby to this world and have all these responsibilities weighing you down. 

      The hypnosis weight loss tracks are your best fit at the moment.

      As for the time it takes to start seeing results, I would say it depends on your current weight and mindset as well as other factors. It is really hard to determine the exact time it will take specifically for you as people are not the same.

      However, the maximum time I have seen it take for people is about 2 weeks, though there are other who start seeing effects before that.

      Ideally, if your mind is more receptive and you are a generally positive person, you should see results in about a week and a few days. But if you are a bit weighed down by stuff that you are fairly negative, it may take longer than that.

    Interesting read. I’ve never really tried this technique but I can see how it works as it helps program your subconscious mind to make you feel motivated and easy about loosing weight. I have been struggling with weight issues for a long while now.

    I have tried a few weight loss systems out there and nothing has worked for me. I think it is my mindset that bars me from achieving weight loss but I am sure these subliminal messages will help you me though that. Thanks.

      I do agree with you on that.

      If you have had many weight loss systems with you and nothing proved useful, it means there is something wrong with your beliefs and self concepts.

      And the subliminal messages should help you with reprogramming your subconscious and help you feed it with good positive vibes and energy that will steer you towards the right direction. 🙂

      I would really love to hear how you find the messages once you have had them for a week.

    I really like that I can choose the sessions I want to start with since I want to have more freedom. I just feel more comfortable and relaxed when I have it. I wonder how long does it take to see some positive results. What are other people’s experiences about it?

      Hey Furkan, 

      I also love freedom. This is the only way we get to live our true lives and also live them to the fullest.

      As for the period the sessions take to see good results, I would say it really depends on your current weight. People who have much weight may take a bit longer than those with less. But ideally, you should start noticing some changes within 2 weeks of continuous use.

      People who have used the sessions are really loving it and they are getting more hypnosis session from the same store due to the effectiveness of them. And this is something you are also going to see as time moves forward.

    I’ve used NLP in the past, but not for weight loss. Anyway, I’m a believer and fan of the results because I know and understand the power of the subconscious mind. I also like a female voice because I find it more relaxing. Are all the programs in the bundle by the same person? How much weight did you lose and how long did it take you?

      NLP is really great, especially if it is used together with hypnosis. And you will notice a huge difference and effect when using them. 🙂

      All the programs have been done by the same person to keep the consistency and quality across all of them. 

      When it comes to results, I would like to tell you that the results may differ between two people. I say this because the weight and body type may not be the same, as well as other factors.

      What I would basically tell you is, if you use it consistently and work hard on your body with good food and exercises, you are surely going to see a huge difference within the next two weeks.

    Thanks for creating this very and truly informative site regarding our brain power and how to use it for optimum success in key areas.

    The diet/weight loss pack does seem to be most excellent but slightly missing something…the motivation to exercise. Do you have any hypnosis training or subliminal training for that?
