    Hi

Interesting article – I have never heard of Brain Entrainment before. It’s interesting that it enhances the mood you’re currently already in and then boosts it further. How long are all the tracks and do you need to wear headphones for optimum effect? I want to try this method out. I have tried listening to vibrational energies through headphones, but that would not have worked so well on a stereo apparently.

      Hey Oliver,

Stereo headphones are the best with this kind of music. I have seen all programs that sell these tracks recommend using them as they release the effects much better than other headphones.

Thank you for such an informative article. As I grow older the need for mental exercise increases, so I have used logic gaming, learning foreign languages and other methods to keep my mind involved and learning. I will definitely do more research into Brain Entrainment generally and work with Brain Salon specifically. Thank you for a great introduction and explanation of these.

      You are welcome Robert,

You are doing a great job trying to keep your mind in good health. I am also sure you are going to find real value in this track.

      Cheers!

Hi Dave, thanks for sharing your exciting article on how to improve brain functions. To be honest, I’ve never heard of this technology.

I am curious about the salon brain dvd’s. Are you supposed to listen to all six each day or just one a day? I think I read that they run for about 30 minutes each. Is that true? It would take 3 hours if a person had to listen to all six everyday. Please advise.

    • Dave

      Hey Robert,

No, you shouldn’t listen to all the six tracks every day. I have mentioned in the post that you are supposed to listen to at least one track each day. But if you are super determined, you can go to two per day. Not more than that.

I hope this is cleared now. 🙂

This is really interesting, I can’t say I’ve ever heard of this concept before. Are you able to use this technique to change the current mood that you’re in, or does it only enhance the current emotion that you’re feeling?
I partake in meditation and yes, you’re right, it is a long process and has to be perfected. Do you think meditation alongside these tracks would be useful?

    • Dave

      Hey there,

You can use these tracks alongside meditation but I would recommend you use zen 12. It is the best system for meditation.

The tracks you get in brain salon are able to change the current mood you are in as well as the current emotion you are feeling, so it brings double the benefits.

Do let me know how you find it. 🙂

I have heard of getting more out of the different states your brain can be in but have only heard of the usual ways of getting deeper like yoga and meditation. I have also heard of talking to yourself while falling asleep can help but nothing like Brain Entertainment!

I will definitely try this now that I know about it. Do you feel like the other methods in addition to would promote even more results?

    Thank you

    • Dave

      Hey Angela,

Brainwave entrainment is very powerful alone. I would recommend you use it alone when you are improving your brain power using the method I have shared in the post.

However, if you want to see how great it is when used together with other techniques, I would advise you to go for zen 12 and use it together with meditation. They work very nicely.

    Good afternoon Dave,

Yes, I have heard about this technic and find it highly interesting.

Your brain is an ever evolving organ which you can train. Repeated thoughts, be they positive or negative, create neuron path ways. Once they are created your brain accepts these thoughts to be true.

That is the reason one has to take care how one thinks. Have you heard of Dr. Amen in the US? He is the world expert on Brain scans and has helped many people who had illnesses who did not know why and neither how to find a solution.

In our hectic modern life, these tools to master our emotions are so helpful and I am sure many people will find your advice so valuable. I will be using this technique myself. Thanks a lot.

    Regards, Taetske

      You are welcome Taetske,

I have never  heard of Dr. Amen. I bet he is doing a really good job there. By the way, is Amen his real name or is he perceived as an “answered prayer” by his patients?

        • Oh! Okay,

          I didn’t think it was a real name. 🙂

I thought it was kind of a brand name, which actually fits in nicely with his occupation.

I’ll be sure to check your page out to learn more about him.

All the best too Taetske. 🙂
