Well, there is a way you can end all the suffering in your life and the occasions when you find yourself gloomy, stressed and worn out by stuff in life.
It all begins in your brain, in your thoughts, then with your beliefs and the self made concepts, and then with your personality.
That is how the drama develops.
If you are really determined to be a happy person, you will first have to work on your mind so that you are able to be at peace with yourself. From there, you can realize true happiness within yourself, and more of it in spending quality time with others.

The gist of mind twist is helping you understand all the conflict in your life, where it comes from, how it develops and how much impact it has on your life.
After the realization of the suffering, it will see you through a successful victory over the actual suffering.
You will learn how to keep a truly happy face all the time, despite the circumstances. And you will be a happier more positive person that everyone loves to be around.
It will also teach you how to do the right thing every time, even in tricky situations, which will bring peace and ultimately lead to happiness.
If you once a happy person but things have now overwhelmed you to the point of losing hope in life, don’t worry. There is hope to become even better than you were. I promise.
How the Mind Twist Training Works
Well, the logic and science here is pretty straightforward. You have been having a rough time of late primarily because of the thoughts you have harbored in your mind.
To a give you a quick walkthrough of how you got there, it all started in your mind. You entertained a wrong thought, or thoughts, for a while which then became solidly jammed in your mind.
The bad thoughts got you making up bad plans and then you acted upon them. And your thoughts became manifest in your life which, by the laws of universe, brought the measure of suffering deserving the extent of your thoughts.
So in short, you are suffering because of your own thoughts. Sorry to come out so brutal, but it is the harsh reality.
Suffering comes in different ways and at times you may feel like the world is unfair and punishing to you, but rest assured it is not.
Whether you lack something in your life you feel should be there, or feel someone had a huge contribution to your unhappiness, know that you always in control of everything in your life.
You have the greatest power the world can ever give you. The power to choose. The capacity to choose what you settle for.
And the mind twist helps you realize that.
This training will help you realize how powerful you are over your life and circumstances in it. It will show you how best to use the power by simply making the right decisions always, which is the basis of happiness.
How the Training is Done
Don’t worry by the word “Training”. It is not actual training per se. It is an interesting way to find out about yourself and life, and am sure you are going to love it. 🙂
You can, and in fact, should do it after you are done reading this. It will show you how powerful it is and you’ll get to feel the results within 15 minutes.
This is the proper way to do it.
• Get yourself ready – Get a place you know is quiet, neat and spacious. Can be outside, or any of your house’s rooms, or even office. These three things are super important as they make the way for an effectively working brain.
• Settle down – Look for a spot where you’ll be able to sit down with a fair amount of satisfaction. Don’t lean your head or arm or anything only have your back leaning on something. You spine should also be straight.
• Close your eyes
• Observe the nature of happiness in your mind – While closing your eyes, look at your life and try to identify all the suffering in your life. See what you have been going through for the last two months. Where did it come from? Where did it all start?
Seek to know the very origin of it.
If they are many, seek to learn about each one of them. After that, know what have you been doing wrong (there must be). What is that thing brings pain all the time? Why does it bring pain? What do I have to do about it?
Then draw in you mind the picture of a person you find very happy with life. Someone you admire and is loved by almost everyone. See how they do things, how they deal with people and situations. Ask yourself how they would handle the cause of your particular suffering.
Then recall a few ‘happy person’ quotes you know and try to understand them.
Do this as I’ve arranged the plan of thought above.
• Do it for a time period of 15 minutes investing 100% concentration – The whole quality of this mind training is pure concentration, throughout the entire time. If you don’t give the training all of it, you are going to find it hard to see the results.
Concentration triggers mental energy and reveals the issue at hand completely, and move your feelings very intensely in a way you will strongly feel when you are through.
But to concentrate totally you will need concentration aids as doing it plainly doesn’t work unless you have been taught to do it. The mind is always in an unrest state, always thinking and being moved by emotions and desires.
• When you are done, wake up and take note of how you are feeling.
What You’ll Start Feeling When You are Done
If you make an effort of investing your time in going deep into thought with 100% concentration, the feelings you will inevitably get even before you are done are:
• Your chest will feel a cool motion that is wavy
• Your eyes will brighten up with peace and a bit of cheerfulness
• Your face will appear very much at peace and calm
• Your brain will feel a mental boost and you will feel the power at around the inner central part of it
• You will feel motivated to want to end the suffering immediately as you have understood it
• You will see how easy it is to be a happy person always
• You will also note it is very easy to live with other people happily even while in a state of conflict
Now to Make You an Ever Happy Person, Officially!
Although you are going to be happy with the feeling you get at the end, you may want to know that it won’t be around for long.
In a few days it will fade away and leave you the way you were. The reason is you haven’t quite gotten there yet. Your brain has only been stimulated for a while but can’t stay like that as it is still weak.
To make it remain forever, you’ll have to make sure you do it like this:
• Get into the habit of doing it every morning and every evening for 15 minutes
• Run the practice for a minimum period of about 2 months (this needs a lot of self discipline)
• When you have done it for a full month, up your game to 30 minutes each time you do it
• Always keep in mind full concentration and intense thought every time
• Always get some conclusions in every session, write them on a piece of paper and then try them out as soon as you can
• After 2 months, you will be amazed at the progress you’ll have made
That is how you are able to cultivate happiness in your life.
