Wow! That seems simple but intense. It will take practice to get this done. If I concentrate, I will need to close my eyes but then I need to read the questions that I need to contemplate on.
I will definitely try this. I am very motivated in certain areas of my life but needs motivation in keeping a healthy lifestyle. So my thoughts, beliefs and goals must always align. Thanks for this post. It’s powerful!

      You are welcome Louie,

To make the mastering of the questions easy for you, you should simply,y get the idea behind the questions I have listed out for you and then try to understand them. You will notice that remembering them during the actual practice will be very easy.

When you do it, please be sure to let me know how you find the practice. I’ll be waiting for your feedback.

      Hope this helps. 🙂

      Cheers.

    Hi Dave
Thank you for the kick in the butt I need to get myself back into meditating. I started in January this year and noticed the benefits but slowly, since mid-February I stopped doing it and I am feeling my self being lethargic, stressed, tired, and unmotivated again. I will go now and do 15 minutes to bring myself back to where I was doing it daily.
    Regards,
    Megan

      Hey Megan,

I do encourage doing meditation a lot as it brings great benefits. The same benefits can be gotten with the Mind Twist too, although the latter comes with more targeted benefits for the problem you are having than meditation.

Most people confuse Mind Twist and meditation although they sound quite similar in many aspects. I encourage you to give the Mind Twist a try and tell me how you find it as well as how much energy and motivation you get after the practice.

I’ll be waiting for you. 🙂

I loved this post so much I pinned it to my Daily Inspiration board on Pinterest. LOL and I laughed when you named “Stoners” as one of the people who may want to be Motivated ( hey just because we smoke weed doesn’t mean we WANT to be lazy! ) This post came a great time for me when I needed a mental pick me up. I will sit and think about all the things I will get when I get to where I want to be. I know how to do this I just have to FOCUS = thank you for re aligning me with my purpose
