My Thoughts About This Book

I love this book because it is a well written book backed by research.

However, i have some concerns about like how it strongly lays emphasis on intake of carbohydrates as being a major cause of brain damage.

This so confusing because we all know lack of the same would also have health implications on us.

My other concern is his stand on whole grains whileas whole grains have been proven to be beneficial in maintaining a healthy weight.

According to me, most of what he says in this book is oversimplified and encourages removing important food groups from the diet.

Many people have had brain disorders but i really don’t feel that it should be blamed entirely on diet.

That is just my stand on this book.
