This means doing the things you oftently do, but more intensely than you oftenly do them. If you trying to relax, you look for the best way you can relax more than you do it averagely.
If you are to focus on your projects, you put in the effort of getting a little more focused than you normally get.
If you do this, this will give the mind the mental stretch or the pressure to want to expand to accommodate the extra effort being put on it.
As a result, you brain’s abilities will be improved.
People have always said that the mind is more like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the more it will grow in strength and power.

Based on my research, meditation has been viewed as a great way to stretch the mind but it is not really such.
What it does is simply calm the mad race of our thoughts and as a result calm the mind.

But this might decades to achieve.
